TIkka Boti

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton (boneless) 1 kg
Garam masala (paste) 2 tsp
Ginger 2 inch piece
Ghee 150 gm
Yogurt 150 gm
Salt as required
Cayenne as required
Garlic 1 piece
Dried coriander 2 tsp
White cumin 2 tsp

 

METHOD:

  1. Boil the mutton.

  2. When it is half boiled take off from the stove.

  3. Mix all the spices in yogurt and add mutton into it.

  4. Coat these mutton pieces on skew and cook until it turns red in color. Spread some ghee on it from spoon.

  5. When tikka boti turns complete in red color, take off from the skew.

  6. Tikka boti is ready to serve.

  7. Serve it with salad.
