INGREDIENTS:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Instant Yeast 1 – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4
  • Luke warm water to knead

 

METHOD:

  1. Knead the flour, salt, caster sugar, egg, instant yeast and oil with Luke warm water like a pizza dough.

  2. Make 5 parts of the dough. Flatten each part and pour some oil over it.

  3. Sprinkle some flour over the oil and roll like a paratha.

  4. Flatten the dough to a size of dinner plate.

  5. Grease the oven plate and place flattened paratha over the plate.

  6. Preheat oven and bale at 180 C for 10 minutes.

  7. Take out of the plate in a pan after pouring some oil.

  8. Tandoori Paratha is ready to serve.

  9. Serve it with chutney or with karahi gosht.
