INGREDIENTS:
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Caster sugar 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Instant Yeast 1 – 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4
- Luke warm water to knead
METHOD:

Knead the flour, salt, caster sugar, egg, instant yeast and oil with Luke warm water like a pizza dough.

Make 5 parts of the dough. Flatten each part and pour some oil over it.

Sprinkle some flour over the oil and roll like a paratha.

Flatten the dough to a size of dinner plate.

Grease the oven plate and place flattened paratha over the plate.

Preheat oven and bale at 180 C for 10 minutes.

Take out of the plate in a pan after pouring some oil.

Tandoori Paratha is ready to serve.

Serve it with chutney or with karahi gosht.
