This dish is made by our member Farhan Ali Khan. It is very yummy and delicious recipe. Try this recipe at home and enjoy with your friends and family.
FOR SPONGE CAKE:
Caster sugar half cup.
Plain flour 1 cup.
Baking powder 1tsp.
Hot water 2 tbsp.
Beat eggs until firm then add slowly slowly caster sugar and beat. Add hot water then add plain flour+baking powder and fold it nicely. Then bake it on 180 C for about 20 mins.
When cake cool down. Cut the cake in 2 pieces and pour some pineapple juice on it put some whipped cream and pineapple chunks and decorate it as you wish.
