INGREDIENT:

Mutton 1/2kg
Timator 4 – 5
Hari mirch 2 – 3
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Zeera bhoon k pisa hoa 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kutti hoi lal mirch 1/2 tbsp
Kali mirch pisi hue 1 tsp
Lehsan adrak paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Hara dhaniya bareek
Kati adrak for garnish
Koyla ka 1 tukra

 

METHOD:

  1. 1 patile main thora oil garam kar k timator dal k paka lain k timator ka pani khusq ho jaye or oil uper ajaye.

  2. Phir alag se karahi main mutton, haldi or pani dal k ghost ko adha paka lain.

  3. Jab ghost adha gal jaye to is ka pani khusq kar k oil dal lain or lehsan adrak paste dal k ghost ko ache se fry karain.

  4. Sare masale dal k ache se mix karain or timator ka paste dal k ghost ko pura gala lain.

  5. Last main koyla ka dhuan dain 2 min.

  6. Qasori meethi, hari mirch, adrak or hara dhaniya se garnish kar k 5 min dam dain.

  7. Koyla karahi is ready to serve.
