Fruit Tart Cake

 

INGREDIENTS:

Plain cake 1
Blue band margarine  100gm
Sugar 1 Cup
Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
Lemon jelly 1 packet
Plain biscuit 2 cup (crush it)
Milk 1 liter
Custard powder 4 tbsp
Mix fruit 2 cup (pieces)

METHOD:

  1. Take a plain round cake and cut it from middle then put it into plate.
  2. You can also bake the cake at home.
  3. Make a plain sponge cake or melt the blue band margarine mix into the biscuits and press it into the plate and make a layer.
  4. Freeze it.
  5. Make a custard and put it into the fridge until it is chilled.
  6. Now add 4 tbsp of water in gelatin powder and put it into hot water and melt it.
  7. Now beat the custard after chilling it and add gelatin.
  8. Pour the mixture carefully on cake.
  9. Put a layer of mix fruits and freeze it.
  10. Mix the jelly in 2 cups of hot water and cool it down.
  11. Then pour the jelly on fruits carefully.
  12. Always use a light color of jelly.
