1.5 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup desiccated coconut for coating
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 tsp rose syrup OR Rooh Afzah
1 tsp clarified butter
1 tsp cardamom powder
Add clarified butter in a pan, once it get heated add desiccated coconut and roast continuously for 40 – 50 sec on low flame.
Now add condensed milk and rose syrup.
Mix everything and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes on low flame.
Stir continuously to avoid burning.
If you don’t have rose syrup you can skip it to make plan coconut ladoo.
Add cardamom and give a final mix.
Turn off the stove immediately transfer the mixture to any plate. Let it cool for 3 – 4 minutes.
Now take a small portion of a mixture in hands and make a round ball. Coat it with desiccated coconut.
Rose flavored Coconut Ladoo is ready to serve.
