Chicken Manchurian Recipe By Biya Abbasi

CHICKEN MANCHURIAN RECIPE:

This recipe is by our member Biya Abbasi. She share this recipe with us to share with you people. Biya Abbasi made this dish at her home for her family members. The main ingredient of this recipe is chicken. You can also try our another members recipe by Clicking Here.

Ingredients for marinating chicken:

  • Chicken 1 breast piece, cut in cubes

  • Salt as per your taste or half teaspoon

  • Soy Sauce 2-3 tablespoon

  • Cornflour 2-3 tablespoon

  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

  • Egg 1 (beaten)

Marinate chicken with all these ingredients for an hour. And then deep fry that chicken in oil untill it becomes golden brown

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Ketchup 1 cup

  • Vinegar 3-4 tablespoon

  • Chili or Hot sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Chicken stock 1 cup or cubes

  • Chinese salt 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic mixture 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 4-5 tablespoon

METHOD:

  1. Take a pan, add oil and fry garlic in it until golden brown.
  2. Then add ketchup and mix it well, then add Chinese salt, vinegar, chili or hot sauce and chicken stock.
  3. When it starts boiling add fried chicken.
  4. If you want to make it more thick you can add cornflour by mixing it in water.
  5. For garnishing, cut capsicum in cubes and add in it.
  6. And your Chicken Manchurian Recipe is ready to serve.
