Mixed Fruit Jam Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Apples 2

  • Oranges 2

  • Pineapple 1 can

  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

METHOD:

  1. Put all fruits in blender and make smooth paste.

  2. Add mixture and sugar in pan, cook on medium flame and stir it.

  3. When it boils, turn the flame to low.

  4. Mixture will be thick, add lemon juice and mix it nicely.

  5. Now cook for another 30 minutes, stir it and keep in jar.

  6. Mixed fruit jam is ready to serve.

BENEFITS OF CHICKPEAS (CHOLIYA KE FAYDE) IN ROMAN URDU:

Mosam e sarma ki soghaton main aik sabzi “Choliya” bhi hai jise “Holay” bhi kehte hain. Choliya ke bht se faiday hain ( benefits of chickpeas ) Chotte chotte botay sabzi ki dukanon par ronaq barhate hain. Aur aksar theelon par bhi nazar atay hain. Inhay mukhtalif andaz main khaya aur pakaya jata hai. Mosamay sarma ki is khoobsurat aur ghizaiyat say bharpor sabzi ko sabz chanay bhi kehte hain. Choliya sadiyoun se humari ghiza main shamil ho rahay hain. Is ghizaiyat say bharpor ki shamat phal anay yani chanay lagnay say pehlay he ajati hai. :چھولیا گوشت

:اجزا

چھولیا دانے نکلے ہوئے آدھا کلو
گوشت بکرے کا ایک کلو
لہسن پسا ہوا ایک بڑا چمچ
نمک، مرچ، دھنیا حسبِ ذائقہ
پیاز دو عدد
ادرک دو چمچ
ثابت گرم مصالحہ ایک چمچ
گھی آدھی پیالی
پانی دو کپ
دہی ایک سے دو کپ

:ترکیب

گھی میں باریک کٹی پیاز کو ہلکا براؤن کر لیں، اس میں لہسن، ادرک مرچ، نمک اور دھنیا ڈال کر مصالحہ بھون لیں۔ پھر اس میں گوشت ڈال کر پکائیں گوشت کو زیادہ نہ گلائیں، پھر اس میں دہی ڈال کر گوشت بھون لیں اور چھولیا کے دانے ڈال دیں، ایک پیالی پانی ڈال کر چھولیا پکنے دیں۔ جب یہ دانے گل جائیں تو بھون کر اس میں ہری مرچیں کٹی ہوئی اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر اتار لیں۔ اس کے ساتھ سلاد اور دہی کا استمعال کریں۔ مزیدار چھولیا گوشت تیار ہیں۔

TIL KI CHUTNEY:

INGREDIENTS:
White sesame (til) 1 cup (lightly roasted)
Green chili 8 pieces
Garlic pieces 6 (without peel)
Onion for garnishing 1 finely cut
Coriander leaves 1 bundle
Salt as required
Tamarind juice 1 cup

METHOD:
First of all grind coriander leaves, green chili, garlic and salt and make a sauce. Separately grind roasted sesame seeds. Take a bowl add sauce, roasted sesame seeds and tamarind juice and mix it. Sesame Sauce is ready to serve. Garnish with onion and serve it.

Phool gobi ka shumar ganth ya jaarr wali sabziyoun main hota hai. Ye sardiyoun main paida hone wali sabzi hai aur ye zayadatar Asia ke mulkon main pai jati hai. Is ka mizaj sard khusq hota hai. Phool gobi ko kai tarha se khanon main istamal kiya jata hai. Gobi gosht aur gobi keema to sab he ko bht pasand ata hai.

Ghizai aitebar se bhi phool gobi mala maal hai, is main vitamin C ki kafi miqdar pai jati hai. Vitamin C humari jismani nasho numa main khaas kirdar ada karti hai. Pani Puri Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

FOR GOL GAPPAY:
Soji (Semolina) 1 cup
Maida (Flour) 1/2 cup
Mash ki daal ka ata 2 tbsp
Soda gondhne k liye
Oil for deep fry

FOR FILLING:
Aloo 1 cup (boiled)
Bondi 2 cup

FOR SOUR WATER:
Podine k patte (mint leaves) 1/2 gathi

Hari mirch ( green chili) 3
Water 1 litre
Imli ka goda 1/2 cup
Dhaniya 1 tsp roasted and powdered
Zeera 1 tsp roasted and powdered
Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Adrak 2 tbsp crushed
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

METHOD:

FOR SOUR WATER:
1. Blender main podine k patte hari mirch or kati adrak daal kar achi tarha pees lain. Ab is paste ko pani main shamil kar dain.

2. Sath he imli ka goda, bhuna or pisa dhaniya, bhuna or pisa zeera, pisi lal mirch, namak or lemon juice daal kar achi tarha mix karain.

3. Is k baad khatte pani ko chaan kar fridge main thanda hone k liye rakh dain.

FOR GOL GAPPAY:
1. Aik pyale main soji, maida or mash ki daal ka atta mix karain. Phir use hasbe zarorat club soda daal kar gondh lain. Atte ko 30 mint k liye rakh dain, phir use dobara gondhain.

2. Ab hatheeli par thori si chiknai laga kar chote paire banayain. Har paire ko choti pori ki shaqal main bail lain or geele kapre k darmiyan main  10 mint k liye rakh dain.

3. Akhir main ise garam tail main halki anch par fry karain k pholne lagain. Phir anch taiz kar k crispy ho jane tak fry karain.

FOR SERVING:
1. Angothe ki madad se aik gol gappay main surakh karain.

2. Is main uble aloo or pani main 10 minute bheegi hoi bondi bharain.

3. Agar pasand ho to imli ki chatni bhi dal sakhte hain.

Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Green chili 3
Coriander leafs 1/2 cup
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Besan 1/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp

 

METHOD:

  1. Chop and mix onion, capsicum, tomato and green chili into mince.
