Aloo 1/2 kg
Lal mirch 1/2 tbsp
Anar dana 1 tbsp
Namak 1 tsp
Maida (flour) 1/2 kg
Ajwain 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Hara dhanniya adhi gaddi
Hari mirch hasbe zaiqa
Cooking oil 1/2 cup



Pehle maide (flour) main adhi piyali cooking oil, ajwain aur namak dal kar zara sakht gondh kar rakh lain. Phir aloo boil kar ke cheel lain aur is ko hathon se masal lain. Is ke bd is main namak, chinese salt, anar dana, lal mirch, hara dhanniya aur hari mirch mila lain. Phir dough ke chote chote pere bana kar is ko oblong shape main bail lain aur darmiyan se kaat lain. Ab adhe hisse par pani ka hath laga kar is ko tikon (triangle) ki shaqal dain aur is main aloo wala ameza daal dain aur phir is ko pani ya lai se band kar dain. Is ke baad garam cooking oil main dheemi anch par in samoson ko golden brown hone tak deep fry kar lain.
